Rachel has been working in public relations/media services since 1995. Having served as Public Relations Director for the California National Organization for Women, Rachel gained experience working with journalists, writing for news media, directing national and regional campaigns, producing a web radio show, branding and launching a merchandise line and conducting interviews for print, radio and television. As a small business owner, Rachel has worked with diverse clientele including musicians in Athens, GA, music festivals, nonprofit organizations, municipalities, businesses and universities.

Rachel has bachelor's and master's degrees from San Francisco State University. In addition to providing news tracking services for schools, businesses and organizations all over the country, Rachel serves as Media Representative for AthFest Educates and the AthFest Music & Arts Festival and AthHalf Half Marathon & 5K, and Communications Coordinator for The Cottage Sexual Assault Center & Children's Advocacy Center in Athens, GA. She is co-owner of Nabo Realty with partner Joe Polaneczky, where she serves as CFO and Director of Marketing.
